Initial down payment (16%): $137,800 MXN – $10,000 MXN = $127,800 MXN due at signing
Remaining balance (84%): $723,450 MXN

Canadian and U.S. citizens can qualify for a Mexican mortgage by submitting proof of income from their country of residence, along with a credit report from Equifax or Trans Union.
Please note that these mortgages are not reported to credit bureaus in their home countries.
