The remarkable architectural vision of Aldea Amaia, along with the sample home designs featured here, is inspired by the timeless architectural language of Luis Barragán. These concepts embrace color, light, serenity, and spatial harmony, brought to life through the expertise of our architectural and construction partners at NATURAL Arquitectura.

Residential Lots and Sample Homes
Each phase of the residential lots is connected by a municipal road, under the jurisdiction of the Municipality of Tulum. At Aldea Amaia, we are committed to working hand in hand with local authorities to implement infrastructure solutions that benefit the community and respect the natural environment.
The lots range from 311 to 340 square meters, offering an ideal size for building single-family homes or vacation properties. Each lot includes access to essential services such as potable water, electricity, and an individual biodigester system, ensuring a sustainable and self-sufficient living model.
The conceptual renders also feature sample home designs created by our architectural team, serving as inspiration for the lifestyle envisioned within the project: one that blends architectural elegance, comfort, and harmony with nature.

Main Access
This is a conceptual proposal to be coordinated with the Municipality, aiming to ensure that the lot subdivision project benefits from a controlled access point that enhances both privacy and security for all residents. Future owners will collaborate in the organized administration and upkeep of this access, following a community-based approach to shared responsibility.
This initiative reflects the developer’s commitment to adding value and promoting well-being for all future lot owners at Aldea Amaia.

Nature Trail
The Nature Trail at Aldea Amaia is a conceptual landscape feature designed to connect the different phases of the development through a pedestrian pathway surrounded by native vegetation.
Spanning 30 meters in width and 500 meters in length, covering a total surface of 15,000 square meters, this trail links the residential lots with the future commercial and apartment district, fostering a walkable and integrated community.
More than a circulation route, it serves as a space for nature immersion, reflection, and community interaction.
Thoughtfully designed to encourage low-impact mobility, preserve biodiversity, and enhance residents’ well-being, this trail reflects our vision of sustainable living in harmony with the environment.

Commercial and Apartments District
Itxas Bide Towers, meaning "The Road to the Sea", is the name of Aldea Amaia’s commercial and residential zone, a 6-hectare area designed to integrate lifestyle apartments, curated retail spaces, and vibrant communal areas.
Thoughtfully connected to the Nature Trail, this district will serve as the social and functional heart of the project, walkable, welcoming, and immersed in a low-density, eco-conscious environment.
Architecturally inspired by the timeless style of Luis Barragán, it features bold geometric forms, immersive color palettes, and serene, nature-aligned spaces that embrace the tropical essence of Tulum.
Itxas Bide Towers offers a refined coastal lifestyle where community, design, and commerce converge, along a path that leads toward the sea.

Centro Kuxtal – Wellness Center
Centro Kuxtal, featured in the Aldea Amaia Master Plan, will be a space dedicated to holistic well-being, offering services such as therapeutic massages, temazcal ceremonies, spa treatments, meditation, sound healing, yoga sessions, and other physical and emotional healing experiences, drawing from both ancestral and contemporary practices.
This space is not part of the amenities included within the development, but rather a common area managed by the developer through a trust (fideicomiso) in coordination with the Municipality of Tulum. It will be concessioned to a proven, specialized wellness operator.
Residents of Aldea Amaia will enjoy exclusive memberships, preferential pricing, and special benefits as part of our ongoing commitment to a lifestyle rooted in health, community, and connection with nature.
